  1. Jun 2, 2021Twitter · reply@scottreuwho @ezraklein I never said anyone should be "forced" to take a job, or that any particular person doesn't have good reasons for making a choice not to , or that employers shouldn't raise wages. I'm just saying, if our economy is producing less goods, there are less goods to go around.
  2. Jun 2, 2021Twitter · postFeels like a good time to quote @elonmusk "If you don't make stuff, there is no stuff" ... "This notion that you can just sort of send checks out to everybody and things will be fine is not true.”
  3. Jun 2, 2021Twitter · reply@ezraklein @scottreuwho This is fine, but I don't want to hear whining about inflation when there are more dollars and yet less goods & services available to buy.

  12. Jun 1, 2021Twitter · reply@WR4NYGov @RationalEtienne @FredHassen Overblown fear, most CEOs can't take the heat of that much "earned media" and the looming ICE phaseouts vs Tesla EV brand will generate more ad dollars than ever

  21. May 30, 2021Twitter · reply@NateSilver538 I think you're giving them too much credit to call it "political" - they just don't want their conference junkets limited out of concern that a lab leak could take out too many of the people needed to fight the ensuing pandemic.
  22. May 30, 2021Twitter · reply@blockfolio If only the Ashburn DCs would install tropical greenhouses on top to benefit from the heat... Replace the acolytes' Mtn Dew with fresh green juice and send them topside for an occasional walk in the sun, maybe they will remember their human origin.
