Terms & licensing
Clear provenance, clear permissions.
The words, images, code, and imported material on this site do not necessarily share the same rights status.
Original writing and catalog notes
Unless a page says otherwise, original writing and original catalog annotations by mimi are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license. You may share and adapt that material, including commercially, provided you give appropriate credit, link to the license, and indicate whether you made changes.
The lo-fi machine-writing section is explicitly separated from mimi’s writing. Each page identifies the model author; inclusion there does not imply human authorship or endorsement.
A practical attribution is: “mimi · mimi10v3.com · CC BY 4.0,” together with the title or source-page URL when available.
Mirrored posts and third-party material
Mimi’s own text in mirrored social posts is included in the license above. Quotations, replies or recommendations written by other people, linked material, book covers, platform marks, supplied artwork, and other third-party works remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and are not relicensed by this site.
Open Library metadata
Some book descriptions, cover references, subjects, and bibliographic fields come from Open Library. Description text is credited and linked on the book page where it appears. Open Library explains the rights posture of its community catalog in its developer licensing note; underlying contributions may still carry existing rights.
