Here’s the thing: that privileges a very specific Twitter. In studies, we see a huge number of Twitter users with tiny followings and tons of posts - they are literally talk to themselves, out loud. I’m not comfortable saying they shouldn’t get to bring that to their new home.
haha I figured this was about porting over our own history of tweets... and yeah you can use like count filter in twitter search to get a sense of what scale is right for your account... but otoh I feel like my dumbest tweets are the ones that go viral and I'd rather share others
