Feels like a check along the lines of „has ever interacted with/within the past x days“ should be a part of it. I don’t think you can do it „cheaply“ per se since you do need to check the bi-directional activity on the social graph in oder to answer the question
yeah I think of Chirpty as "ppl having the most influence on me recently" but it would be more fun if it's bidirectional moots
