one thing you could try is change your pw, pgp encrypt it, delete any unencrypted copies, send it to a few people you at least know will talk to you, delete your copies of the encrypted message but keep the private keys.
lol, I feel like technically these solutions might work, but practically speaking... the only time I need to do this is when I'm in a mental state where not capable of dealing w other ppl or anything complex & prone to error...
