Might be safer to just give them one of the longer codes. However I can see where the old invite codes still exist in the new invite codes (groups of characters split with new ones added so they have a pattern) so my guess is that the shorter ones already given out may still work.
yeah, right? most of the ones remaining are ones I gave to ppl who were upset they didn't have any invites to hand out, so kinda lol I'm reclaiming them if they're invalid now
