Did you never hook into it as a kid? I was a true believer when I was younger. Then puberty hit, we moved around a few times, and you start realizing the world is a lot weirder than what we were taught. A lot of the morality was good though. Some very wrong, some good.
no I didn't... I absorbed a lot of the low-key "treat ppl well" Lutheran values probably, but I didn't ever believe it that I can remember... in my teens I started hallucinating God talking to me sometimes, but like he'd make jokes during the Bible readings abt how ppl were misinterpreting him
