wait can we talk about i've seen a bunch of motorcycles/quads/groups of these ppl in downtown DC; what's up with this they seem to have minimal fear for their safety; stunts and speeding and such; one dude was wearing a clown mask to boot is this normal in all large US cities?
they come through Arlington as well on their way back and forth to DC, police are annoyed but have had trouble doing much bec they have a policy against car chases for most infractions bec statistically it's too dangerous vs the benefit, so the group knows as long as they stay moving it's fine
