I'm talking about generational wealth. A lot easier to accomplish whatever you want to do when you have a safety net, capital to fund your ventures, and don't have to take crappy jobs just to feed and house yourself
I've seen this go the opposite direction though, that if you have *enough* you can be conservative and focus on quality of life
