Absolutely! But, for this kind of product, shouldn't the purpose of seeding the invites correctly *precisely be* to avoid the obvious pitfalls in the path of least resistance - like those? Not all is lost yet, but to say they botched it is an understatement imo. 🙁
yes but also invite codes can only do so much if you want scale and they were reacting to ppl getting really upset abt feeling "excluded" and claiming that only SF tech insiders were getting invite codes
