Indeed. In fact I think it's quite easy to do by accident if you have a significant following and start arguing with someone.
yeah... otoh the thing where ppl highlight someone "problematic" and say "we need to mass report them" seems dysfunctional here, where they've said the reports are manually evaluated and many ppl reporting the same thing doesn't change the equation
like, whatever the intentions, the effect is to show triggering content to ppl who are triggered by it and likely to react negatively
