The issue is people will police the lists, and they can kinda be used to harm. Like if I put you on a list named “Nazis” (which has already happened to uh, a rabbi) that’s super fucked up. That’s pretty actively encouraging harassment.
obviously the name of the list reflects on the owner who chose the name, I don't see why this is any different than a post that puts that label plus a list of mentions
