how do you feel abt ppl who are wealthy still being kinda cheap- looking for deals, refusing to pay for unnecessary luxuries, living in less expensive housing than they could afford?
like, wrt housing... I've had ppl say that ppl who can afford luxury buildings shouldn't live in the cheap old units bec they're competing w poorer ppl who can't afford the other unit... but otoh price sensitivity keeps prices down?
