bans ppl who shouldn't be... tho I'd also be open to having some other criteria for bans that shifts it towards "tpot friendly" whatever that means
also maybe things like default feeds & mute lists & self-applied mod tags so the default experience is more tpotty... like, label nudity / drug content / AI content for filtering 😜
