sometimes i genuinely wonder if others see the same darkness in themselves that i see in myself, or one like it not some moaning, self-pitying, "oh i'm so evil and hurt people all the time", but a genuine insight into their own potential. not the sins they have committed, but the sins they have it
idk, I don't have a good sense of this for myself... ppl talk abt IFS & integrating your shadow and idk quite what they mean... I can be less than my best self (have been on here recently, snark & laughing at ppl who are very upset), but like an evil side?
