I don't understand why though. if someone is behaving in a way that you don't think is good for the site and the only reason they'll stop doing that is so they don't get banned I don't think it's wrong to ban them. this isn't a republic. someone owns this space
if you wanna go with "anyone can be banned at any time" I agree bsky isn't legally required to host you, but also it's a terrible policy and I'd leave if that were the norm bec why invest in building content & social graph where it can be deleted for no reason? This is why I want federations ofc
