It sounds like they pushed you into some areas you weren’t ready to go. There is some amazing research right now into psychedelic aided therapy though that I think will revolutionize the field
My psychiatrist said bipolar ppl are generally not eligible for those treatments. Like, "mental health" is a bag of disparate problems with different causes and treatments, the same treatments don't work for everything.
