maybe I'm missing something. maybe him putting his money in the right place at the right time was key. maybe he's only recently become like this and was a genius before. but from what I see, he was a very effective "hype guy" who had to be held back by competent ppl from destroying his companies.
imo he's better at actual engineering problems than people problems- Asperger's and all... running Twitter is a job for a diplomat more than an engineer
