@jackquick7 @davidcrooksfo @mattyglesias Valuations change over time- you'd have to recalculate and relitigate every year, so you'd always have several years of taxes pending legal action. The labor that goes into tax compliance/avoidance is a waste of human capital, don't multiply it.
