@slyduda @ctrlshifti Just going by personal experience, at the employee-owned co it seemed like execs feared the tantrum-throwing employees; at my current co one guy at the top sets the tone and can make judgement calls. For ex he once offered to loan me $40K when I was stressed over a bank .
