@AbeLincoln1104 @Grace_Segers Oh, another tip- negotiate from a position of strength- I pre-qualified with several banks, negotiated for lower rates and fees, then showed the best deal to my parents and asked if they'd like to make a better offer. We managed to find a rate that made us both happy 🙂
