@robinhanson @USpeaks Not illegal... just dystopian. It is incredibly easy to destroy a budding relationship with a few whispers, or a quick seduction at worst. And $400M/yr incentive to convince Mike Bloomberg for ex to give up on charitable donations... not paranoia to think incentives matter
