@roybahat @pentagoniac Yeah... As someone with bipolar, the day to day management to avoid an episode seems more hackable than the acute inpatient where you're mostly just drugged and surrounded by peers till calm enough to see a way ahead.

@roybahat @pentagoniac Otoh proactive tools would be sooo useful- quantify behavioral changes and automate preplanned interventions to avoid the regrettable decisions

@roybahat @pentagoniac The hardest part of bipolar imo is that no one takes it seriously when you're still well enough to ask for help, but then overcompensate once they're convinced it is serious (and you're beyond caring and kinda pissed they didn't listen a week ago)
