@mattparlmer I'm half walkable-city-girl / half grew-up-on-horseback-girl, trying to have both? There's fun stuff nearby- wineries, river outfitters, pick-your-own- homesteads... a lot of the local men work in the trades or outdoors, which might be a nice change from lawyers & lobbyists?
