@TechRonic9876 @SmotWicket @David_Charts @mattyglesias The frustrating thing is that in my experience "hoarding" in liquid accounts is due to uncertainty about future taxes- if you don't know how much you'll owe and there are penalties if you don't pay immediately, then the system almost requires you to sit on a pile of cash
@TechRonic9876 @SmotWicket @David_Charts @mattyglesias The eviction moratorium adds to the problem- landlords have to pay all the expenses even if they're getting no rent income from the tenant, so a conservative responsible landlord would keep 2 yrs of expenses sitting in cash
