@SameOldTrain @RyanRadia @nilocobau Idk, but a lot of them have "outdoor playspace" requirements, which would mean a lot of up & down stairs for short legs or herding kids through elevators or kid-proof caged balconies, so if the price weren't an issue it does make sense to prefer the ground floor...
