I've been eagerly awaiting Peril ever since Robert Costa left Washington Week to work on it; what I've seen so far is *completely* unsurprising vs my previous beliefs extrapolating from various conversations + media coverage at the time...
Most info came from living in Arlington, eating at restaurants, and my neurodiversity that makes me unable to filter conversations at neighboring tables... Everyone was talking, so if a pundit claims to be surprised by Peril, they are either lying or very bad at their job.
