@BlckCatBlckSky Disconnect between the environment humans evolved in and modernity- in particular, contact with nature, cognitive load of information and decisions, loss of deep social connections with a small tribe of relatives, continual interactions with unpredictable strangers.

@BlckCatBlckSky Socially, we're on a quest to find the right fish in the sea rather than build the best relationship within a small set of options, and then expected to parent the next gen without a tribe; plus modern comms feed your conscious brain but starve the subconscious of nonverbal info

@BlckCatBlckSky Nature-wise we starve our subconscious of the normal low volume signals of safety like soft wind and bird calls, and screw up our circadian rhythms indoors + lamps, and don't get enough low intensity relaxed physical activity
