@BlckCatBlckSky Nature-wise we starve our subconscious of the normal low volume signals of safety like soft wind and bird calls, and screw up our circadian rhythms indoors + lamps, and don't get enough low intensity relaxed physical activity
@BlckCatBlckSky Also our diets are bizarre- the natural thing is to eat when you can, a lot of whatever's in season, but from a wider variety of foods throughout the year (with a *lot* more fiber), and food from nature has more intense tastes because isn't bred for rapid tasteless growth
