@cjereneta Huh. This is a phrase I sometimes use as a lead-in to a simplifying suggestion... How else would you imply that what you're about to say is *intentionally* stepping back from the snarl of complexity to suggest another avenue to get at the client's goal?
@cjereneta My "couldn't we just" suggestions are often adopted, and other times elicit a clarifying objection, but still usually seem to relieve tension in the room to find a way ahead... 🤔 Is it problematic to propose simpler solutions, or just to use that phrase to introduce them?
