@NicoDelon I feel like activating my immune system is always a significant decision because of the link between inflammation / sickness response and psychiatric destabilization... This past year I didn't get a flu shot and I didn't have SAD symptoms, but who knows 🤷
@NicoDelon (to be clear, actually getting sick is worse than getting vaxxed, but I considered my risk of flu quite low last winter due to covid restrictions... I got the covid vax because covid is more transmissible and I interact with 4 grandparents in their 90s)
