@dendricide @arctanno But "regenerative agriculture" isn't how most beef is produced today- most cattle are fed monocropped subsidized corn and soy... Grass-fed organic beef is expensive, shifting towards local plant-based food is a more realistic adjustment for urban / non-wealthy people.
