@http410gone Yep! With raw land it was on the market for 20 yrs before finding a buyer... Idk how we'll be able to afford a MTM regime, otoh 20 yrs of lookback taxes maybe not worth selling- might as well keep our recreational land next door to US East 1 (sry about the outages)
