@InvictusDude Usually wake up gently from the music and light- they're also color tuned for a cold morning light (then shift warmer over the course of the day), the shutoff just signals that it's time to stop daydreaming and get out of bed.
@InvictusDude Oh and I have a IR controller for my mini split AC so it also adjusts the temp down for sleep and up for wake. Have blackout shades which are not automated but get eastern light once I get up and open them, and yeah natural light is probably best if the timing works for you
@InvictusDude (but if you're not rising with the sun and ok to sleep in on cloudy days, automated shades & lights might help? I do sleep through the light if I'm really tired, but it still seems to lighten my sleep so the second alarm isn't such an unpleasant startle)
