@garyblack00 Surprised that it isn't worse perhaps? He wanted to illustrate the impact of the Wyden Tax- why forcing all wealthy founders / investors to liquidate 25% (or 45%?) of their gains isn't a good idea and will suck capital out of innovative companies like the next Tesla.
