@RokoMijic I listened to some of it (when audio wasn't acting up) and I just really don't think the Woke-immigrant alliance is nearly as strong as y'all were assuming. Look at Latino movement towards Trump in 2020
@RokoMijic The phrase "people of color" is an attempt to form a majority coalition, but it's not an actual identity here. Americans are American by shared values and self-ID patriotism, we all know "white" has shifted & expanded over time to include assimilated immigrants
@RokoMijic I do think that African-Americans and native people have a different perspective because there really are legit historical grievances... But even they're far more pragmatic and moderate than the Woke would have you believe.
@RokoMijic Like our Gov Northam in Virginia- the blackface photo pops up and the national media & politicians cancelled him, but here in VA a majority of black voters didn't want him to resign. The black caucus engaged in dialogue and imo it was productive reconciliation not a cancelling.
@RokoMijic Median VA voter cares about high quality education, a strong economy, and fiscal discipline- Youngkin's platform was fund education, listen to parents, and try charter schools... Cut anti-business regulations... End the grocery tax and refund some of our surplus as a tax rebate
