@fdflowrite @bryan_caplan I don't have kids, and my relatives mostly homeschool anyway, so don't have a strong personal stake... I like Youngkin's charter school plan- have more different options.
@fdflowrite @bryan_caplan Ideally I'd have each school make its own determination and increase seats at our choice schools so parents don't have to move
