@quotidiania I disagree; triggers are context-dependent and what's therapeutic for me to discuss may be harmful for someone else to read. I have 1 in 2 lifetime odds of a suicide attempt, it is rational for me to wrestle with the question of suicide, but I'd put a "trigger warning" on it.
