@tszzl to be clear, I want to massively increase immigration, esp get rid of the per-country green card caps, create auto greencard eligibility for STEM graduates, allow employers to pay a high fee for unlimited high skill visas but remove work restriction so employee can chg jobs
@tszzl (basically make the employer gamble that they'll be able to retain employee through being attractive employer, not because visa is tied to employer)
