@HephaistosF @visakanv And it is absurd that the healthcare system pushes me into useless convos with therapists until things get bad enough to end up in the ER and get a shot of Ativan and sleep and then I'm fine but stuck in inpatient till I convince drs I'm fine
@HephaistosF @visakanv Luckily now have a psychiatrist who gives me a small amount of Xanax which I take if I'm not sleeping two nights in a row and that cuts off any impending episode
