@abettertake @robertwiblin Yeah, I think transience is a big obstacle- if you've ever lived in a group house and had to interview prospective roommates and organize the move out / move in logistics... With kids in the mix it would be way more fraught
@abettertake @robertwiblin And with shared ownership there's tension between seller wanting max price from any buyer vs remaining residents wanting to choose a compatible new owner... See this in the condo vs co-op distinction, seems like mostly condos have won out.
