@redoatz Lol, if anything my sleep is worse the past few weeks... But that's probably more to do with the cold and not getting enough sunlight to stay on a schedule
@redoatz And yeah I pretty much only drink when I go out to a nice restaurant for dinner... Silly reason I don't drink at home- because alcohol, like any liquid, is heavy and my parking spot is quite a walk from my front door - pure laziness 🤣
