@redoatz The land is rocky mountainside slope with high water table & springs that runoff to a stream, was logged but still has some trees and is regrowing... Has old dry-stacked rock walls half covered by grass & brambles.. mountainside above is undeveloped, home of black bears and hawks
@redoatz It's about 8.5 acres, and I'd like to do some gardening / orchard in the area near the cabin (less rocky, SW slope).. ofc need to figure out how to keep deer etc from eating everything
