@redoatz It's pretty close to Harpers Ferry which has a train station into DC, not that far off well maintained roads, but yeah no good internet- hoping for Starlink 🙏
@redoatz There are several wineries in the valley, also a new state park, some homestead farms, large riding stables, a community center and fire dept
