@aeyokay @m_downey @Aella_Girl It says "when there's not enough space". Some covid patients end up needing lung transplants... Active smoker and HIV+ are not eligible for transplant. Working backwards, if all else is equal you should prefer to treat the patient who would be eligible if it comes to that.
