@jdcmedlock Asked around and all the techies I work with had alternative plans they'd pursue if UBI enabled a big paycut... Might not drop out entirely but tech shortage would grow, either lost GDP or tech wages go up a lot (esp bec taxes to pay for it) & inequality return 🤷‍♀️
