@SpartanInNY @ericgarland Routers & firewalls can geoblock Russian subnets, telcos & big tech peered to Russian ASes can de-peer, the serious DNS providers offer Geo options... During volumetric DDoS attacks, victims will often geoblock Russia because it's a source of bad traffic 🤷‍♀️
