@profpujz @piva_jonas @Tjdriii @bastard_brian I guess where I was going w this is that the two psych wards I've been treated in are the antithesis of what you'd want re sleep & diet & exercise- florescent lights on all night, bad air quality, terrible vegan meals, no provisions for exercise. It shouldn't be either/or
