@keta_mean_ I still don't even know what it would look like, to handle criticism gracefully. If you try to dig deeper you're "being defensive" ... If you say nothing you've "shut down" ... If you agree too quickly you're "placating" ... If you use humor you're "not taking it seriously"
@keta_mean_ At this point I've concluded the person who frequently criticizes me is just in a bad mood and looking for a fight, so I smile and nod and am obnoxiously non-committal, and then evaluate later to see if there's anything worth taking from the conversation.
