@sgodofsk @eigenrobot @Caroline30 @Jajngn Idk the legal system gets weaponized by abusers… abusive / cheater spouse shouldn’t by default get custody if abused / betrayed spouse files for divorce (and it’s hard to prove abuse esp in the initial filing… obv if we knew who was in the wrong this would all be easier)
